I grew up in the Chicago area and attended Colgate University in Hamilton, NY where I majored in Astronomy-Physics. I then attended the University of Edinburgh and earned an MSc in Theoretical Physics before completing a PhD in Physics at Brown University.
When I am not doing physics I enjoy doing crossword puzzles, baking, and teaching barre fitness classes.
